BLM Fundraising Shut Down

GRIFTERS come in all COLORS and RACES.  So, this could get INTERESTING.

From the Epoch Times:

  • The national arm of Black Lives Matter (BLM) on Feb. 2 shut down all of its online fundraising streams, shortly after California’s Department of Justice threatened to hold the organization to account over its ‘lack of financial transparency,’ which includes at least $60 million in undisclosed donations.”

More:

  • “The news outlet found last week that the charity appeared to have no known leader in charge of its $60 million bankroll since BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors resigned in May 2021. Cullors had been at the helm of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF), the legal entity that represents the national BLM movement, for nearly six years.”

And the money shot:

  • ““The organization BLACK LIVES MATTER GLOBAL NETWORK FOUNDATION, INC. is delinquent with The Registry of Charitable Trusts for failing to submit required annual report(s),” a letter from the state’s Attorney General Rob Bonta said.”

And let’s not forget that right before Patrisse Cullors left BLM, SHE BOUGHT THREE HOUSES IN TOPANGA COUNTY.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED?

Exxon Consolidating

From Bloomberg:

  • “The corporate changes over at Exxon are continuing with the energy giant reportedly combining two of its major units and relocating its corporate headquarters to Houston.”
  • “Effective April 1, the company is going to be split into three segments: ExxonMobil Upstream Company, ExxonMobil Product Solutions and ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions. They will be supported by ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering, the report says.”
  • “Karen McKee, formerly president of ExxonMobil Chemical Company has been appointed to lead ExxonMobil Product Solutions.
  • “Linda DuCharme, formerly president of ExxonMobil Upstream Integrated Solutions and ExxonMobil Upstream Business Development, has been appointed to lead ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company.
  • “This change will also consolidate the Upstream into a single organization, ExxonMobil Upstream Company, which will be led by Liam Mallon, formerly president of ExxonMobil Upstream Oil and Gas Company.”

Here are the pertinent graphics.

NOTE THAT EXXONMOBIL exists in the REAL WORLD, and that THESE CHANGES DO NOT CONTEMPLATE MAJOR DE-FOSSILIZATION of the GLOBAL ECONOMY by 2030 or GUARANTEES of a ZERO-EMISSIONS WORLD by 2050.

And, of course, the company will continue to make BOATLOADS OF MONEY.  So, if you’re a shareholder, do NOT panic.
